Reflecting the brand’s commitment to delivering “the best gyms in the world,” Gold’s Gym Northridge will be the cleanest and most amenity-rich gym on the market today. The facility features a multi-million-dollar investment in state-of-the-art premium equipment—including free weights, group cycling, and exercise studios, heavy boxing bags, functional turf, and a steam sauna—as well as amenities such as personal training, nutritional products, recovery massage beds, and the Gold’s Gear Shop. Located in the Northridge Fashion Center, the facility has an expansive parking lot and a private entrance.
The gym is already making its mark on the Northridge community, having partnered with neighboring university Cal State Northridge (CSUN) in sponsorship of the school’s competitive sports teams. Beyond these local student athletes, Gold’s Gym Northridge’s pre-sale marketing efforts including the gym’s preview center and online pre-sale has the gym set to open with a hefty membership roster made up of local residents, businesses, and many others who want to conveniently pursue their fitness journey in the San Fernando Valley. Individuals can still take advantage of the pre-sale rates during the soft opening, but the figures are subject to change in the coming weeks.
With the Northridge opening, Gold’s Gym SoCal’s footprint has expanded to 21 operating facilities across Southern California. With two additional locations currently under construction, the SoCal group is on track to have a total of 23 gyms open by the end of this year.

Angel and his brother, Willy Banos, Gold’s Gym SoCal COO, have established a prominent reputation as Southern California’s premiere gym operators since they opened their first Gold’s Gym franchise location in North Hollywood in 1987.
