Gold's Gym to acquire eight Aspen Athletic Club locations

Gold's Gym has announced that it has acquired eight Aspen Athletic Clubs.

According to a press release, the Aspen Athletic Club locations are in Kansas City metro area (4), Omaha, Neb. (2), and Lincoln, Neb. (2).

"We are thrilled to welcome these eight Aspen Athletic Clubs to the Gold's Gym family, and are making the transition as seamless as possible for members," said Gold's Gym President Aaron Watkins.

Some of the clubs will be absorbed into franchisee locations while others will be run by corporate Gold's Gym.
