New kind of rave in the UK

Hearing thumping dance music was not uncommon in London in the 1990s. Neither was seeing teens and young adults wearing neon-colored clothes.

Well, the two noteworthy parts of the 90s are back. But this time it is not for the same use from 20 years ago. Fitness Raves are popping up all around the capitol of England, and soon may be appearing around you. It is cardio, interval training and conditioning workouts set to old school dance songs.

Georgina Spenceley, 26, from Harlow, Essex, said: "It was the perfect combination of a fun workout, neon outfits and my favourite 90s dance hits. With glow sticks highlighting our every move, it was a non-stop underground fitness party."
