Poll: Less Americans exercising

A new Gallup poll shows the number of Americans who are exercising for at least 30 minutes a day three times a week has gone down every month in 2013, compared to the same months in 2012. That is a complete turnaround from 2011 to 2012 when there were increases monthly.

The positives to take out of the poll is that 2012 was a great year with the best numbers in many years. And, all across the country there were record low temperatures and even snow into May, whcih could be a factor for the first four months of 2013.
