Remaining in shape can help seniors maintain levels of fitness

It would seem it is inevitable that as you age you also slow down.

A study out of Ball State University suggests that conditioning your cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems with lifelong exercising could debunk the myth.

In the study, nine elite lifelong athletes were found to have the same cardiovascular fitness as men 40 years younger.
