Researcher have way to figure out 'fitness age'

For those who feel you should be performing better, or worse, given your age and the shape you are in, Norwegian professors have figured out "fitness age." The low-tech assessment figures out how well your body functions physically, relative to how it is expercted to perfom based on your age.

Participants in a study gave researchers pertinent physical and lifestyle information. They then ran on a treadmill to get their peak oxygen intake (VO2 max).
