Cities consider charging for outdoor classes

For those of you lucky enough to live in a warm climate and can hold fitness classes outside be sure to check city statutes and laws.

Some municipalities are considering charging fees to those who use city parks to conduct classes. And, a percentage of that instructor's intake could be taken, too.

Santa Monica, known for its beautiul people and concern with health, has discussed a $100 fee to use parks and 15% of gross revenue for those who use city grounds for commercial gain.
