Presented by Thomas Plummer, Speaker/Consultant, National Fitness Business Alliance

What makes you successful in business is often the very thing that will eventually kill your business. In the fitness industry, many business models that we once thought were the way of the future are now in jeopardy—like the big box gym.

But there is a way you can compete during the decline of fitness industry staples. Rules have changed, the client has changed, and now we must change in order to thrive in a new generation of hybrid training-centric businesses that are setting the industry on fire. This webinar is about the way forward.

  • Forecast the biggest drivers of the market during the next five years.
  • Learn how to compete as a training-centric business.

“When there is chaos there is opportunity, and the fitness industry today represents the best opportunity for growth and expansion in the last 30 years.”
