Presented by Fred Hoffman, Founder, Fitness Resources

The workplace is constantly changing and, today, it seems like changes are coming faster than ever. Outside forces, like the impact of technology and an evolving, multi-generational workforce, are impacting employee-management relationships and redefining the definition of work-life balance. These issues not only affect employees and management—they also have a huge influence on a club’s culture and its members.

While change is inevitable and necessary, not everyone is prepared or willing to accept it. In this webinar you will explore the changing landscape of club management and how best to work with a multi-generational staff and clientele. Club owners and operators will come away with simple strategies and solutions that they can implement right away.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn why work-life balance is an integral component of a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Discover what each generation of employees expects from their job and how employers can provide for them.
  • Discover tips on how to recruit and retain good employees from five distinct generations.
  • Learn how to optimize employee performance and productivity by creating an environment that meets their needs and keeps them satisfied.

“Managing teams has always been complex, and in recent years technology, the internet, and generational issues have added new challenges for companies. The good news is that we have new approaches to management which provide the means to facilitate communication, increase productivity, and promote satisfaction in the workplace.”
