IHRSA Profiles of Success is available in three cost-effective sections. Part 2 contains an analysis of membership pricing, agreements, growth, and traffic based on data compiled from leading clubs that participated in the IHRSA Industry Data Survey (IDS). Also provided are insights on payroll, staffing, facilities, and programming data from the IDS.
- Multipurpose clubs allocated more of total revenue towards payroll expenses in comparison with fitness-only clubs (46% vs. 37%).
- The smallest club segment (under 25,000 square feet) posted the greatest net membership growth at 6.3%.
