Presented by Mike Epstein, Owner, Gold’s Gym Paramus

In order to be a successful health club operator, you need to have a plan for your image outside of your four walls. How will your club stand out among all the rest?

One way your club can differentiate itself is through community service and engagement. Getting involved in the community can bolster your club’s brand in several ways, and cement your business as a trusted organization among locals.

In this webinar, you’ll learn from Gold's Gym Paramus Owner Mike Epstein how a community service strategy can directly influence your image and engagement in the community. You’ll also discover how to activate your staff and leverage their passions to drive employee engagement.

Epstein will share his tips on how to balance multiple projects. He will share examples from Gold's Gym Paramus and their numerous community success stories. Through Epstein's efforts, his club has raised $4 million nationally for diabetes, participated in a special fitness program for young adults with autism, and much more.
