Trina Gray is an international presenter and writer in the fitness industry. She owns an award-winning, medically based health club and a large group personal training studio in Alpena, Michigan. She is the creator of the Corporate Fit Challenge program, is an Elite Coach and Advisory Board member for Beachbody and a savvy fitness entrepreneur. She won the IHRSA Community Service Award in 2012 and was a finalist for the IDEA Program Director of the Year. She is a high energy and engaging speaker who loves to set the bar high.
