Katie Bossie is Listen360's Senior Business Manager. Katie oversees business development and service delivery of Listen360's customer engagement and reviews management system for their health and fitness clients. Katie joined the Listen360 team in 2015 and oversees business development. For the past 8 years, she has helped hundreds of brands leverage customer feedback to fight churn and improve their online reputation.
Allison Rand recently joined EverCommerce to oversee marketing for Club OS, ASF, Clubwise, and MY PT Hub. Prior to her new role, Allison managed marketing, public relations, and community relations for the six VIDA Fitness clubs located in Washington, DC and Ballston, VA and SweatBox studios, Aura spa, Bang Salon, and Penthouse Pool and Lounge.
Rand has also orchestrated multiple events under VIDA Gives Back, the charitable branch of VIDA Fitness. Allison has an extensive history in the content, marketing and digital worlds as the previous General Manager of AcaciaTV, a fitness video on demand platform, Vice President of Digital Media for Discovery Communications, and Diet & Fitness Producer at the first website for women, iVillage.com.
With over 25 years of global marketing, branding and strategy experience, Stacy Anderson joined Self Esteem Brands as Chief Marketing Officer in September 2012. In that role, Anderson oversaw all marketing functions for Anytime Fitness and Waxing the City brands.
In 2016, Stacy was appointed Brand President of Anytime Fitness and is responsible for steering the world’s largest and fastest-growing fitness franchise, serving 4-million members at gyms located in all 50 states and 35 countries on all seven continents.
Her number one priority in her role is leading the evolution of Anytime Fitness from its pioneering 24/7 convenience model to a more personalized coaching approach, featuring new digital technologies and a broader selection of training programs.
Anderson, whose previous retail experience includes executive marketing positions with Best Buy and Geek Squad, is one of relatively few women in high-level leadership roles in the franchising industry.
In 2005, she earned her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Her most notable accomplishment is raising two happy, outgoing boys – Noah (15) and Aiden (13) – with her husband of 21 years, Trever.
Ori Gorfine is the Chief Operating Officer of US Fitness Holdings, which owns and operates 55 large, full-service health clubs across 5 states and the District of Columbia.
Operating under the Onelife Fitness and Sport & Health banners, US Fitness has been growing rapidly, developing 50,000-70,000 square foot health clubs. Prior to his time at US Fitness, Ori launched Balance Gym growing the health club chain to 5 locations across Washington DC.
Gorfine has a Masters Degree in International Security and a BA in International Relations and Philosophy from the George Washington University.
Amber Martinez is an experienced, passionate, proven business leader with over two decades of strategic business development in the Boutique Studio, Corporate, and Franchise Fitness spaces. Amber currently holds the International Vice President of Sales role for Crunch Fitness Franchise. Amber serves over 350 gyms in this role, with hundreds in development, currently spanning across 6 countries.
As a leader, Amber focuses on developing genuine relationships and brand experience first, then systems, processes, and then profit. Amber knows what it takes to deliver positive financial results, and it starts with people and experiences. She is a genuine leader to her core. Consistently leading by example in her behaviors and taking ownership in creating and inspiring a positive, creative, and collaborative learning environment that fosters new initiatives. Initiatives that are consistent with company DNA, mission, vision, and financial business objectives.
