Attendees were treated to insightful panelists and knowledgable speakers. Leading the way on the stage were keynote speakers Bernardinho, famed Olympic volleyball coach; Cris Arcangeli, businesswoman who appeared on Shark Tank Brazil; Flávio Tavares, founder of Instituto PARAR; and Luiz Carlos Mendonça de Barros, columnist of Valor Econômico and Band News.
