ST. LOUIS, MO—March 18, 2022—TRUE Fitness, manufacturer of commercial cardio and strength equipment since 1981, is pleased to share news of its new leadership structure.
To improve its position in North American and International sales and to pursue continued growth, the following leadership changes have been made:
David Trulaske // Chief of Sales and Marketing
David will now lead the sales force in addition to the marketing team. He will focus on generating sales for TRUE and Octane while providing strategic leadership and direction for the distribution, direct, and international efforts.
Marshall Hansen // Senior Distribution Manager – Eastern Territory
John Talley // Senior Distribution Manager – Western Territory
Marshall and John are responsible for the effective management of distribution, retail, and commercial in their respective territories. They will direct and facilitate all dealer needs through their teams. Both will have a continued focus on providing communication on promotions, pricing, programs; providing product and sales training; and facilitating oversight of problem resolutions.
Dean Bowrosen // Sales Director
Responsible for the effective management of both the international sales team and direct sales team, overseeing the execution of their strategic sales plan and operations. He will also continue to advise the distribution managers.
