Youth Super Circuit Program: For the parents of young athletes, Matrix published an original Youth Super Circuit Program to help teenagers maintain their current level of fitness. The program was designed specifically for ages 13-17 in collaboration with Matrix Master Trainer and football coach Kris Walter to keep young athletes fit and healthy. In-Home Workouts: To support the industry in other applied fitness resources, Matrix enlisted the expertise of four of their Master Trainers worldwide to design and lead a range of recorded home workouts with varied focus areas.
