The IHRSA European Club Leadership Award annually recognizes a leader in the European fitness club industry who has advanced their company and the industry through strong leadership and performance and has had a strong impact on their community.

Vidmantas joined Impuls in 2012, a year after the company was founded with the acquisition of eight full-service clubs. He has since grown the group to 29 clubs by introducing the low-cost Lemon gym brand. With 15 clubs, the Lemon gym chain is the biggest budget chain in the Baltic region.

“Vidmantas has been successful in creating a culture of wellness at Impulse, and as a longtime member of IHRSA has demonstrated a commitment to the success of the company, the staff, and the more than 62,000 club members,” Yusina said.
