LONDON, ONTARIO—June 1, 2022—Les Mills fans, who are GoodLife members, now have another way to enjoy their favorite classes. Today, GoodLife Fitness added Les Mills virtual content to the list of On-Demand features available on the app and website, to complement the popular and well-established Les Mills classes that are available live in the 200+ GoodLife Clubs across Canada.

GoodLife is the only gym in Canada that offers live Les Mills classes like BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT, SH’BAM and BODYBALANCE led by some of Canada’s best Les Mills-certified group fitness instructors. GoodLife members attend hundreds of thousands of Les Mills classes across Canada each year.

“GoodLife has proudly offered Les Mills classes in our clubs for decades. During that time, we’ve built a loyal following of members who come for as many classes as they can,” said Kim Lavender, vice president of group experience. “We’re now able to deliver our most popular Les Mills classes live and via the GoodLife app and website, to accommodate members’ schedules and preferences. This is another step to deliver the best, most engaging live and digital experiences that will keep people moving, wherever they are.”

The GoodLife Fitness app features 15-, 30-, 45- and 55-minute Les Mills classes taught by top Les Mills instructors like Rachael Newsham, Glen Ostergaard and Diana Archer Mills. The website and app will host the four newest releases of each program, and every quarter, new releases will be added to the library.

“The Les Mills following in Canada is strong and our partnership with GoodLife has made that possible. Now we’re delighted to work with GoodLife to offer Les Mills classes virtually via the GoodLife app to give fitness lovers more ways to move with our programming and instructors,” said Keith Burnet, CEO of global markets, Les Mills International.

Les Mills virtual content is available on-demand via the GoodLife app and website as part of an Ultimate or Performance-level membership as well as through the On-Demand Plus subscription. Learn more about GoodLife On-Demand.
