Sampling & Promotions

If your company would like to reach active, health conscious consumers, then look no further. IHRSA offers the perfect opportunity for you to distribute product samples, coupons and literature. There is no better way to reach the most elite, upscale, well-run facilities in the fitness industry. We can do national programs or market by market. IHRSA programs are turn-key, as we handle all of the promotional marketing and enrollment of the clubs.

Below is some information on why our sampling programs stand out above the competition:

Enrollment

IHRSA member clubs have the opportunity to 'opt-in' or sign-up for all sampling and promotions programs. Club are notified about specific programs by e-mail, fax, mailing or phone call. It is the clubs' responsibility to sign-up for the program by the specified date in order to be eligible for participation.

Quantity Safeguard

In product sampling programs, clubs are given quantity options corresponding to their size. The club's selection can be cross-checked with confidential membership numbers to ensure that 2,000 samples are never sent to a club with only 500 members. A typical sampling program lasts between 1-2 weeks within the club.

Hand-to-Hand Distribution

IHRSA recommends and instructs clubs to distribute samples hand-to-hand from the club's front desk or check-in area. This requirement is a standard regulation for almost all IHRSA sampling programs. We do not believe in setting samples out on a table with 'free, take one' signs.

Support

Counter-cards, literature, and discount coupons have all been included in promotions to help promote the program within your club.

Shipping

IHRSA will send a confirmation note via e-mail to verify that your club has been signed up for the program. This confirmation will include a date range and number of boxes that can be expected.

Post-Program Evaluation Report

After every IHRSA program, an evaluation survey is sent via email to each participating club. The survey is short and the information is extremely valuable to our client.
