19th Annual Financial Panel at IHRSA 2015

The 19th Annual IHRSA Financial Panel: Is the Health Club Industry Winning in the Financial World? And, is it sustainable?

This year’s financial panel discussion, once again moderated by Rick Caro, President, Management Vision, features financial experts with recent relevant club involvement.

Each of the presenters who make up this year’s collection of panelists has been involved in a major club transaction within the past year. Recent transactions include Bay Club, Anytime Fitness, Flywheel, Core Power Yoga, Sport & Health, UFC Fitness, and Atlanta Fitness. Panelists include:

  • Anand Philip, Managing Director, York Capital Management
  • Erik Morris, Managing Director, Roark Capital
  • Marc Magliacano, Partner, Catterton Partners
  • Ron Kantowitz, Managing Director, Benefit Street Partners

These panelists will recap the last two years where major club transactions proliferated, and discuss a variety of club segments.

The annual IHRSA Financial Panel is a must attend session for CEOs, CFOs, club owners, GMs, investors, suppliers, press and all who are interested in the current economic conditions affecting the health club market. Attendees of this session will learn how these financial executives see the industry’s strengths and weaknesses, how they see future trends, how different segments within the industry are faring, and how the current debt and equity markets are behaving relative to our industry.

The 19th Annual Financial Panel will take place on Friday, March 13, 11:00am - 12:30pm during IHRSA 2015, IHRSA's 34th Annual Convention & Trade Show in Los Angeles, California. All registered IHRSA 2015 convention attendees are invited to attend. For more information and to register for the convention, please visit ihrsa.org/convention.
