8-week Weight Loss Program Offered Exclusively to IHRSA Member Clubs

Download Program Materials (Member Only)'I Lost It at the Club!' is a turnkey program that will help IHRSA clubs to make the most of the New Year's rush -- a time in which members and prospective members are often eager to shed those holiday pounds. Although the primary focus of the program is on assisting individuals to lose weight, it also presents clubs with an excellent opportunity to establish themselves as a leading voice in their communities for healthy and active lifestyles.

'I Lost It at the Club!' is complimentary for IHRSA members. A variety of program materials including a program guide, and promotional and support pieces are now available online.  While the program is turnkey, clubs may tailor it to meet their needs, including determining the 8 week time frame that would allow for the greatest success for both the participants and the club.

I combined the workout I was doing at the gym with another product I found at another site that helped me with the diet aspect at http://www.ireviewweightloss.com I only started a week ago and I have already lost 5 pounds. So getting a jump on my new years resolution a bit early. I cannot afford the personal trainer yet, but maybe the wife will get me that for Christmas even if it is just for a month.
