Train as if you were heading to London Olympics

The American Council on Exercise is inspired by the Olympics and has created workouts hoping you will be, too.

In anticipation of the Olympics ACE has created four, week-long workouts inspired by events: gymnastics, cycling, swimming and track and field.

Former Olympians Allyson Felix and Dominique Dawes had a hand in their former event workouts, track and field and gymnastics, respectively. Both are on the Presidents Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition, which is supported by IHRSA.
