You will 'like' this social media roundtable session

BodyBusiness Health Club & Spa in Austin, Texas, does something in its marketing department that would have been unheard of five years ago. Heck, very few if any would have attempted it even two years ago. 

Ali Lucas, the club’s Marketing director, doesn’t do “traditional” marketing – TV, radio, newspaper and magazines – so she solely uses social media and the Internet. Thus she doesn’t have a marketing budget. There are, of course, instances she will need to spend money. But, for the most part the marketing is done online and free.
