Surf’s up for new group fitness class

Those who always wanted to learn how to surf but either were afraid of what lies in the water or were land-locked have a new workout especially for them.

SurfSET Fitness is a new group fitness class that, according to the founder, fits three hours of surfing into 45 minutes. A real surfboard is mounted onto inflatable bladders that move when you shift your weight.
