TED Talks, a non-profit bringing “Ideas Worth Spreading,” has thousands of videos. Greatist.com has come up with top 22 (not sure where they came up with that number) fitness, health and happiness videos.

Included is chef Jamie Oliver’s “Teach Every Child About Food” and A.J. Jacobs’ “How Healthy Living Nearly Killed Me.”

In-Shape Fitness is adding more locations every month.
