Those are the words you first see when you go on the Maryland Athletic Clubs website.

If you go on the club’s Facebook page you see countless glowing comments Customer Reviews section: “I’m achieving results.” “The people at MAC Express are always eager to help you and are wonderful motivators. They are always there with an encouraging word to help you 'stick with it’.” “I have been a MAC member for 4 years now and love it! I think you guys are always looking for ways to make the gym better for your members. The environment is always pleasant and the staff helpful.”

This is obviously a club that cares about its members. It is one that doesn’t rest on its laurels and is always looking for ways to better itself and please its members.

Actually, you don’t have to be one of the 10,000 members in the three clubs for MAC to care. Just take a look at its community involvement that ranges from co-founder/coordinator of the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland, dedicated to health improvement in Maryland, to fundraisers for breast cancer and multiple sclerosis, to many sponsorships.
