Simon SinekLast week we reported Guy Kawasaki and William Taylor will give featured presentations at IHRSA 2012 in Los Angeles this March. Today we've got more speaker news for you, as Simon Sinek has agreed to address the IHRSA crowd.

Sinek is the author of "Start With Why," voted one of the best leadership books in 2009. In his books he presents "The Golden Ciircle," a guide to turning an idea into a social movement. "People don't buy what you do," Sinek explained in his TED Talk, "they buy why you do it."

On top of writing and giving presentations, Sinek teaches strategic communications at Columbia University. He is also involved with several not-for-profit organizations, like The Abraham Path and the EFE Foundation, just to name a couple.
