24 Hour Tightening the Bolts

Dan Benning, president of 24 Hour Fitness, has a fairly simple vision that defines how he runs his company: "Fitness is hard enough. Let’s make it easy... to join and make it easy once they have joined." Under Benning's leadership, the 24-7 health club chain has improved how they sell memberships, how they listen to their members and empowered their staff, according to Smart Business.

Gold's India Expansion

Gold's Gym plans to open an additional 25 facilities in India this year. Gold's operates 50 gyms in the country already.
