Questions?

If you have questions about
Get Active America!, contact healthpromotion@ihrsa.org.

Get Active America! presents a tremendous opportunity for clubs to distinguish themselves as a vital, prevention-based resource in their community. At a time when every community in America struggles with obesity and alarming rates of inactivity, Get Active America! offers a course to improve the health of your community and your bottom line!

How It Works:

IHRSA's 10th Annual Get Active America! is designed as a vehicle to help you promote your existing health promotion programs, or to help you launch a new program, under a single, national brand. The program runs through the month of May to coincide with National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. During this time clubs will be asked to open their doors to the public for at least one week, though doing so is not mandatory in order to participate.

In addition to being highlighted on healthclubs.com, IHRSA's consumer website, participating clubs can expect to receive a variety of resources and tips to support their implementation of the program.

Participation in Get Active America! is complimentary and is available exclusively to IHRSA members as a valuable benefit of membership.

For questions about the program e-mail healthpromotion@ihrsa.org.
