IHRSA 2012 Video Highlights

Location
Where are all the event activities taking place?
For the first time in many, many years, the general sessions, educational concurrent sessions, exercise programming, and the Trade Show will all be located in one building at Mandalay Bay on Level Two.
When are all the event activities taking place?
The event next year will be Tuesday-Friday, due to the fact that Las Vegas does not schedule conventions and trade shows over weekend days. Our final schedule will be posted here this August.
When can I make my hotel room reservations at Mandalay Bay?
The hotel will begin accepting reservations at special, discounted rates for IHRSA 2013 attendees beginning on September 1, 2012. Instructions to request suites, meeting space, and hospitality areas will be posted here in June.

When will I be able to register for the event?
Registration will officially open on September 1, 2012.
What are the registration fees?
All package fees, date break discounts, and special incentives will be posted here in August.
Exhibitors
When will I receive the official Exhibitor Prospectus for IHRSA 2013?
The Exhibitor Prospectus and Contract for IHRSA 2013 will be mailed to all IHRSA Associate Members in June.
How do I secure booth space in the first round of the Booth Allocation Process?
Once you receive your Exhibitor Prospectus and Contract, we encourage exhibitors to participate in the IHRSA Pre-Paid Booth Allocation Program by immediately sending in a completed Contract and a 50% deposit based upon your anticipated booth size. Companies participating in the Pre-Paid Booth Allocation Program will be contacted in August and September, by order of their ranking on the IHRSA AMPS Report and the booth size requested, to select their actual location on the Trade Show floor.
Speakers
How do I submit an application to present a session at IHRSA 2013?
We are currently accepting Speaker Applications from IHRSA members who would like to present an educational session in Las Vegas. Simply complete the online survey before June 15, 2012.
When will I be notified if my application has been accepted?
Provided all information as requested on the Speaker Application is received by June 15, applicants will be notified on August 1, 2012, about the status of their submission.
Sponsors
When will I receive the IHRSA 2013 Sponsorship Opportunities brochure?
All Associate Members will receive information about sponsorships that are available for IHRSA 2013 in July. Sponsors from the recently concluded event in Los Angeles will be contacted in May to discuss their right-of-first-refusal option for next year's event.
