Precor's retail sales could be good sign

There may be good news on the retail consumer home fitness sales front.

Precor's first quarter sales in that sector gained at a better pace than its commercial division for the first time in awhile. Retail sales were up 10%, compared to 5% in commercial.

Many companies have relied on the commercial sales side of its business to weather the recent difficult retail sales slump.
