Study shows exercise lowers prostate cancer deaths

There are so many benefits to exercise it is amazing everyone isn't doing it.
Studies have shown that regular exercise can help cut the risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer, as well as stimulating your brain and relieving stress.

A study published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology shows that exercise may lower the risk of death for those with prostate cancer.

Data from 2,705 men who participated in the study shows that over an 18-year period a lower percentage of men died, if they exercised. Those who did at least 90 minutes of exercise a week had a 46% lower death rate.
