Attitude toward exercise may depend on body type

A new study shows that what type of workout you do may depend on what you see in the mirror.

Body types are influencing exercise and what some may consider doing, according to a new neurological study, published in the International Journal of Obesity.

The study participants were asked questions as well as put in an MRI to see what parts of the brain had increased activity when looking at certain images. This was the first brain-scanning study looking at attitudes toward physical activity depending on their weight.
