Today Is Senior Health & Fitness Day. Check Out A Few Resources To Help Get Seniors Active

Today is the second annual marking of National Senior Health and Fitness Day in the US. Health clubs are a great place for older adults to get active, as they provide a safe environment, built in support system, and knowledgable staff.
