Teachers Creating Ways to Incorporate More Physical Activity

As physical activity and health advocates, we deeply want to see more physical education in schools, but often our hopes are dashed by the all-too-frequent reality of PE in America: it's underfunded and undervalued.

So, when schools, like Berkeley Glenn Elementary in Waynesboro, Virginia, implement creative solutions to incorporate more exercise into the school day without making the day longer or cutting other classes, our faith in revitalizing P.E. in America's schools is renewed.
