IHRSA Institute: lead, plan, manage, thrive

With the goal of providing students with a solid foundation for growing their club business, the IHRSA Institute will focus on helping you lead, plan, and manage your business more effectively.

The program will kick off with courses on Leadership and Strategic Planning followed by a series of interactive seminars that focus on the building blocks for running a successful business – from Staff Hiring, Training & Retention to Financial Management to Entrepreneurship. The course will conclude with a session on Preparing for the Future, which will help students to create a roadmap for successfully integrating new ideas upon returning home.

The faculty includes both industry experts and professors from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Register by April 25 and save $300!

The course of study was developed over several months based on member feedback. An Advisory Committee, consisting of industry leaders who have served as Institute or college faculty, reviewed the results of this research and guided the development of the curriculum.
