Health Benefits of Exercise Report March 10th, 2014: Why Do You Get Active?

In the fitness industry we know all about the physical and mental health benefits of regular exercise and the good work clubs do in their communities to get more people moving. This year we are looking to create buzz about the importance of a physically active lifestyle and trend on social media with the #WhyGetActive white board campaign. During the IHRSA Convention, we are asking attendees to write why they puruse an active, healthy lifestyle on a white board, take a photo, and share it on social media using the hashtag #WhyGetActive. 

We will have white boards in the IHRSA Member Center, International Club, and Industry Leader's Club. For more information about the campaign visit
