Too much exercise can be considered compulsive

We all know that not enough exercise is detrimental to one's health, body, state of mind and more.

But what about those who exercise too much? Can that be just as damaging?

Some therapists consider compulsive exercise a behavioral disorder. While they admit it is one that is not easy to identify or to treat, it is like any other compulsive disorder where it can affect every day life and can be damaging.
