Different health and fitness plans for different age groups

Everyone's body ages differently. And no two bodies are the same. That is why there are different workouts and different ages all for the same goal - slowing the aging process by being physically fit.

Health.com has written a story that looks at three key age groups (30s, 40s and 50s) and tells you what is happening to your body, good workout and nutrition plans (based on advice from scientists, nutritionists and fitness pros) and a way to test yourself to make sure you are doing it correctly.

The story is on the CNN Health website.

What a great article. As a personal trainer for the past 12 years. The needs really change according to age group. I think that the 30's is key to setting yourself up for a long healthy life. As it is the time when I biggest changes happen at once.

At my personal training studio in DC. We just introduced a new package called 30 plus specifically designed to offset the biology that happens in your 30's to keep you ahead of the game.
