Aches and pain not always a good sign

Aches and pains come with a hard workout. So is feeling exhausted. However, these signs may also be the result of working too hard.

Chronic fatigue and decreased performance can be a result of overtraining. And that doesn't help when you are attempting to reach certain goals.

Sometimes taking a break - both physically and mentally - is best for you and you getting to where you ultimately where you want to be.
