X-Fit expands into Volgograd

X-Fit, the Russian health club chain with more than 35 locations, has added another in Volgograd. It is the first location in that city.

The new site has a 25-meter seawater pool, children's swimming pool, jacuzzi and aqua aerobics area, as well as a Finnish Sauna, Turkish hamam and Russian bath. In the gym area there are cycling, yoga and Pilates studios, a gym and card zone.

“For the moment, the fitness services market of Volgograd is quite versatile and number of competitors is growing year by year," said Georgy Letunov, president of X-Fit. "However, there are virtually no major players of the Russian fitness industry in the city, which is why opening of X-Fit has become of a strategic goal for us. We are convinced that citizens of Volgograd will appreciate our offer, and it will open opportunities to launch many more fitness clubs in this beautiful city.”
