Tabura combines West African dance and Tae Bo

It has worked for Zumba, so why not others?

That is what Reign Hudson, an instructor at Crunch in New York, is hoping with her West African tribal dance workout Tabura.

The class is described as a mix of dance moves from the African area and military punching, jabbing and kickboxing. Hudson said she got the idea after teaching West African dance and becoming certified in Tae Bo.
