Utah politician pushing obesity resolution

A Utah state representative, who is also a doctor, is attempting to bring the obesity epidemic to the forefront in his state by sponsoring a resolution.

The resolution, which still needs to go through the full Utah senate, explains how health care costs are rising due to so many obese and out of shape people across the U.S.

While a resolution doesn't put anything into law, it does ask that the issue is taken more seriously and allows cities to provide education.
