Get into The Zone at Fitness First

Fitness First Australia has created a new training program that it expects to take the industry by storm.

The Zone features six movement training zone of varying intensity levels. Trainers lead short sessions in each zone for up to 12 people. The zones are total body, energy demanding functional workouts.

“The Zone is a whole new way of training, offering superior overall fitness results in a shorter period of time through workouts that are time efficient and highly motivational. The workouts are each offered as a small group training session – with no more than 12 in a group, meaning there is no need for our members to ever have to work out on their own again,”  said Rob Hale, head of Fitness.
