Time to start the Halloween candy burn-off period

I am sure the morning after Halloween no one wants to be reminded of all of the calories you will be taking in over the next couple days. Heck, we all know that from now until New Year's there will be way too many empty calories consumed.

Luckily, most of you are adamant about your workouts and working off any sweets you eat during the day. So, we have found a couple places that have listed ways to burn off the M&Ms, Kit Kats, Skittles and anything else you or your kids have collected on All Hallow's Eve.

Men's Health has a chart with calories and how much time is needed doing different exercises; Self magazine has a slideshow with different candies and suggested exercises; Angie's World breaks it down to how many steps is needed to burn off different candy; and, has a calculator for those who indulged a bit too much and ate many different treats.
