The IHRSA Awards Program recognizes members of the association for their service to their communities, their customers, and to the betterment of the health and fitness industry.

OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD

This award is presented to an IHRSA member that has made a longstanding commitment to making a difference in, and beyond, their community.

JULIE MAIN WOMAN LEADER SCHOLARSHIP

Julie Main was triumphant in how she addressed her own personal encounter with cancer. And she succeeded in leaving a legacy of strength, hope, and resilience for others.

IHRSA celebrates Julie's legacy by offering the Julie Main Woman Leader Scholarship annually to a female IHRSA member that exemplifies courage, perseverance, excellence, and professionalism.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE YEAR

This award is presented to the Associate Member who has made a significant contribution to the advancement of the club industry, and is also in recognition of their support of IHRSA through program and event participation, advertising and sponsorship. [Recipients]

 

DALE S. DIBBLE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

This award is presented to an individual within the Association who has excelled in their contributions to the industry and IHRSA. [Recipients]


EUROPEAN CLUB LEADERSHIP AWARD

This award recognizes the European club leader who has done the most to advance their company and the industry through strong leadership and performance. [Recipients]


JOHN McCARTHY INDUSTRY VISIONARY AWARD

This award is presented to an individual or company who has made an unprecedented or unique contribution to the advancement of the club industry as a whole. [Recipients]


JOHN McCARTHY MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate their passion for, and absolute commitment to, the health club industry's future and their service, sales, and leadership skills; presented at the Institute for Professional Club Management. [Recipients]
