US Obesity Rates Projected to Rise

Looks like the US is going to out-do itself this year, in girth, that is. As reported by the Huffington Post, the nation’s obesity rate is so far on track to be higher than last year's, according to a new Gallup report. Right now, the rate in the United States is 27.1%; last year, it was 26.2%.

These disheartening numbers only reaffirm the dire need for solutions to our nation’s health crisis, including encouraging Americans to join health clubs. Read the full Huffington Post article…
