New RWJ Recommends Better Integration of Exercise into Medicine

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has issued a report containing six “priority” recommendations, along with rationales and specific action steps, to improve physical activity and nutrition across the nation.

One recommendation is to incorporate nutrition and physical activity training in all phases of medical education—medical schools, residency programs, credentialing processes, and continuing education requirements.
