Exercise Helps Keep Seniors on Their Feet

It is always good news for health clubs and primary prevention advocates when new research once again demonstrates the powerful health effects of exercise. This time, a study from the French National Institute of Health found that seniors who exercised were less likely to fall, but also less likely to get hurt if they do.
