This Week is National Women's Health Week  

This week is National Women’s Health Week, a week-long observance to empower women to make their health a top priority. With the theme “It’s Your Time,” the nationwide initiative—coordinated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health—encourages women to take steps to improve their physical and mental health and lower their risks of certain diseases.

IHRSA encourages health clubs nationwide to help educate women on the importance of regular exercise and to encourage them to take part in the Million PALA Challenge.
